Dutch Ovens make kayak living sooo nice.  Don’t suffer through another freeze dried disaster.  There is no reason to eat like an astronaut just because you are a little ways from home.  Baking and roasting your favorite home cooked dishes is not just possible but often even BETTER when you do them in the Dutch oven.  Andrew is our lead expeditionary sea guide and runs our San Juan Sea Kayak programs.  Andrew Romanelli is also an avid canoeist from the bountiful and calm waters of Wisconsin .  In recent years he has tested his skills on some of the toughest whitewater around.  He can cook up a mean meal in the middle of nowhere and will show you how with a smile.  (no really he’s smiling under that beard 😉
