FOUNDATION LEVEL:
Introductory experience required
This
class is offered at our
Portland, Bend
and locations.
This class
introduces bow rescues, and
intuitive rolling. The edge and
brace class or equivalent is
a prerequisite to the rolling class.
This class is usually repeated in
order to achieve mastery. We
maintain a 2:1 student to instructor
ratio.
Classes are taught
every other week in the winter and
by request in the summer.

Rolling

Comfort under water waiting for a

Building the intuitive roll

Gain understanding how blade angle
and body position effect the
efficiency of rolling
In The Pool, You Will Need:

Retention device for your glasses
(i.e. Croakies, Chums, etc)

Synthetic top (thermal underwear)

Nylon shorts and/or swimsuit

Towel and change of clothes for ride
home

Place/Directions:
This class meets most
commonly at either the
North Clackamas Aquatic Center
or our
Portland store. Directions will
be sent with your confirmation
packet.
